Thank you.

Prayer for Ordinary Time

God of Eternity
As I walk the path of Ordinary Time, help me to count the many ways you are present -

In the comings and goings of family, friends, coworkers and acquaintances;

In the sound of summer and the beauty of your magnificent creation;

In the daily routines and responsibilities that make up the rhythm of my days.

Make all time extra-ordinary as I seek to become more attuned to your presence.

Lord Jesus, help us to be more and more like you in our words and in our actions.

Enable us to see in our family,
friends, co-workers, schoolmates, fellow parishioners and in other people.

This we pray in Jesus Name.

Fr. Dave

Scriptural Reflections on Stewardship “For his sake I have accepted the loss of all things and I consider them so much rubbish, that I may gain Christ…” Philippians 3:8

The first commandment says we should not put other gods before the Lord.  Sharing all of our gifts, our time in prayer, our talent in charitable works and our treasure to support Church needs helps us keep God first in everything. It helps us from putting other gods before God.  It helps us to use our gifts for the glory of God and not for our own honor.

We are happy you are here…. and want you to stay. We would like to share our faith with you. If you are alienated or upset, we welcome you lovingly. If you are in need of forgiveness, Jesus forgives you completely – with unconditional love. If you have been hurt by the Church, we are truly sorry. If you are angry, Jesus offers you peace. If life has become burdensome, we are here to support you. Join us each week so we can worship God together
